£60,000 - £65,000 p er year plus 5% bonus Head Pastry Chef - Private Members Club 5/7 days - 48 hours - closed Sundays For a leading Private Members Club situated in the heart of Mayfair This is a beautifully boutique, very high-end environment where pastry plays an important part in the overall member experience. We are looking for someone with real craft, calm level head and a refined approach. Someone who understands how to create elegant, polished creations that feels luxurious, considered and consistently excellent. The role will oversee pastry across the clubs dining spaces and bespoke member requests. What were looking for: Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous within luxury hospitality Strong technical grounding across pastry, refined work A calm, hands-on and highly organised leadership style Someone who understands detail, discretion and the standards expected in a high-touch environment Only Michelin star, AA Rosette, or equivalent fine dining within a 5* hotel experience will be considered
