As we continue to strengthen our culinary identity, we are seeking an exceptional Head Pastry Chef to lead and elevate our pastry operation. The Role As Head Pastry Chef, you will have full creative and operational responsibility for the pastry section, delivering elegant, modern desserts that reflect Cromlixs fine-dining standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to ensure pastry is an integral and celebrated part of the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop the pastry team to consistently deliver exceptional standards
Design and execute refined dessert menus aligned with a fine-dining philosophy
Oversee all pastry elements across lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, events, and private dining
Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
Manage ordering, stock control, GP, and food safety compliance within your section
Contribute creatively to menu development, tastings, and seasonal changes
About You Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment
Strong technical pastry skills with a modern, elegant approach
Experience working at rosette, Michelin-level, or equivalent high-end standards
Calm, organised, and confident leader who enjoys mentoring others
Passionate about quality, detail, and continuous improvement
