One of our most exclusive clients, a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of London, is searching for a highly skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead their 16-strong pastry team. In this role, youll take charge of crafting exceptional desserts for their award-winning Modern British restaurant, elegant afternoon tea service, in-room dining, bakery and private dining rooms.

Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef
Leading, training, and mentoring a well-established pastry team of 16
Overseeing the pastry operations for a Modern British fine dining restaurant (70 covers), afternoon tea (60130 guests), three private dining rooms and more
Creating and executing modern, high-end pastry menus for all dining areas
Ensuring smooth kitchen operations through strong organisation, leadership, and stock control
Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal and innovative menus
