About the Role We're looking for a visionary Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and craft unforgettable experiences, from show‑stopping plated desserts to interactive pudding stations and exquisite petit fours that guests can’t stop photographing. This isn't your typical pastry role. You'll be working at some of the UK's most prestigious events: movie premieres rubbing shoulders with A‑listers, Wimbledon, and the elegance of Royal Ascot. Every day brings something different. Key Responsibilities

Lead a talented pastry team of 7 professionals across London. Design and craft show‑stopping plated desserts, interactive pudding stations, and exquisite petit fours for prestigious events. Present tasting sessions, client demos, and creative showcases at various venues.

Qualifications

Strong background in fine dining (Michelin‑starred restaurants or 5‑star hotels). Proven leadership and team management experience. Passion for creativity and staying ahead of pastry trends. High standards with a fun, collaborative approach.
