Our amazing client, a very busy 2 Rosette kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Head Pastry Chef who can operationally lead the section. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will lead a team of 3 chefs while reporting to an executive chef . This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
