As the Head of Trial Analytics & Decision Support, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies to optimize the GSK GCO Organisation.
By harnessing data-driven insights, you will empower teams to make informed decisions, streamline processes, and enhance the efficiency of clinical trials, supporting GSK's mission to improve patient outcomes globally.
Define and deliver analytics and decision support models for planning and forecasting clinical studies.
Introduce and utilize modern techniques, including AI/ML and generative AI, to enhance clinical operations tooling.
Drive the integration of internal and external big data sets into clinical operations decision-making.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and other tech programs to ensure alignment of data models.
Influence governance and investment decisions by shifting the organization to an insight-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, life sciences, or a related field.
~10+ years of experience in advanced data science, predictive modeling, and analytics within a clinical or research setting.
~ Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, and advanced analytics techniques.
~ Proven expertise in clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
~ Strong leadership and team management experience.
~ Project management experience, including managing multiple complex projects and budgets.

Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) in a relevant field.
Proven ability to build or evolve control tower or performance management capabilities.
Strong storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
