OverviewSr Manager – International Technology is responsible for leading the execution of scalable, secure, and guest-centric technology solutions throughout the UK/Europe.Key Responsibilities• Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute the UK/European technology roadmap aligned with global business strategyResponsible for regional strategic leadership and global tech alignmentOversee technology budgets, ensuring efficient useIdentify and deploy innovative digital tools that enhance guest experience, streamline operations, and support market growth• Technology OperationOversee technology support operations across regional POS, KDS, inventory, supply chain, and reportingManage customer-facing platforms including CRM, loyalty, digital ordering, delivery integrations, and marketing technologyEnsure seamless tech implementation for new restaurant openings and market entriesEnsure data integrity and compliance• Team & CultureLead and mentor a distributed team of technology professionals and vendor partnersBuild a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across technology and restaurant operationsServe as the regional technology representative within the global leadership team; bridge Global Digital Strategy with regional operational needs• Vendor ManagementManage vendor relationships and technology contracts across multiple marketsEvaluate and negotiate third-party solutions to drive ROI and operational scalability; maintain compliance with GDPR and regional data-privacy standardsEnsure system uptime, service SLAs, and rapid issue resolution to support daily restaurant operationsPartner with franchisees and field operations to deliver training and consistent technology adoptionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred. (MBA preferred)10+ years in tech leadership roles within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectorsProven success in multi-market technology oversightExpertise in digital and restaurant technology platformsUnderstanding of cybersecurity & regulatory market environmentsAbility to manage cross-functional teams & complex vendor ecosystems #J-18808-Ljbffr
