Ensuring the technical team delivers consistently high standards of work across all customer projects and accounts.

Responsibilities:

Embed clear technical standards and maintain accountability for delivery quality, safety and compliance Own and manage risk across technical delivery, ensuring issues are escalated early and resolved decisively Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the CAA to protect and build our CAMO status Ensure TGIS continuously meet all CAMO regulatory requirements Contribute to board-level decisions with technical, operational and commercial insight Create a positive, high-performance environment where the team feels trusted, supported and challenged to grow Conduct structured monthly 121s and annual reviews, keeping performance aligned with business priorities Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, quality and output Ideal Candidate:
