This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations and a seat at the leadership table, driving performance, cost, and scalability during a major growth phase. Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) and demand forecasting across the business Own end-to-end supply chain strategy (procurement, planning, logistics) Drive supplier performance, negotiations and cost savings Improve inventory, service levels and operational efficiency Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team Drive ERP/MRP optimisation and continuous improvement
About You
Senior supply chain leader within complex manufacturing environments Strong experience in SIOP, forecasting and planning Proven commercial and negotiation expertiseExperience managing global suppliers and supply chains Data-driven, hands‑on, and results‑focused Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
