We're hiring a Head of Supply Chain for a high growth start-up company within the consumer space. This company has grown exponentially over the last couple of years and are now operating across multiple channels.

This is a newly created role, that will lead and develop a team, as well as take ownership over a number of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities Lead and evolve the entire supply chain function, including forecasting, planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution, to support ambitious growth targets. Manage and grow a high-performing supply chain team, including direct oversight of planners and supply chain managers. Oversee warehouse planning, stock control, and inventory management to ensure consistent product availability and optimized cash flow. Build strong, strategic partnerships with suppliers to maintain high standards across quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and shipping providers, ensuring timely and complete delivery to customers. Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with the internal teams.
