This role reports into the Chief AI Officer.ResponsibilitiesAccelerate Kraken’s AI transformation by embedding AI-first features into core products and processes:Deploy a team of AI engineers into product teams to deliver AI solutions in partnership with product teamsDeploy the internal AI engineering team to build internal accelerators and tools that transform Kraken’s operational efficiencyOwn execution of AI-related, mission-critical projects requiring cross-organizational coordination:Work with the Chief AI Officer to secure strategic partnershipsLead procurement, contracting, and negotiationDrive delivery in coordination across product teams, Legal, and Security & PrivacyLead promotion of AI use, upskilling, and adoption across the org:Build and deploy an AI delivery & transformation team to ensure AI tools are embedded, adopted, and deliver outcomes throughout the orgPartner with the Chief AI Officer to create the playbook underlying Kraken’s Utility Grade AI:How we use data with AI (with SMT, Engineering, Legal, and Security & Privacy)How we communicate this to clientsRun governance and responsible-use processes for AIWork with Chief AI Officer and SMEs in the org, product marketing & PR, to develop messaging & positioning about AI @ Kraken internally and externallyOwn all internal AI budgets, tooling, and vendor/partner relationshipsLegal InformationAs an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute.
