GO-OUT is building the operating system for live experiences, helping sports teams, venues, and major events increase revenue, streamline operations, and engage fans using AI.

We are looking for a Head of Sales Europe to lead and scale our European commercial activity, with a strong focus on enterprise deals and strategic partnerships.


Location: London (hybrid)

Reports to: COO


What you'll do

  • Own and execute GO-OUT’s European sales strategy
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team across key European markets
  • Close complex enterprise and multi-year deals with clubs, venues, leagues, and large organizers
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level decision makers
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive growth
  • Forecast, report, and optimize pipeline performance
  • Represent GO-OUT at major industry events across Europe

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record closing €100k–€1M+ deals
  • Experience selling SaaS, platforms, or enterprise software
  • Experience working for a tier 1 sports team or Ticketing is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the European market (sports, entertainment, ticketing, events is a strong advantage)
  • Hands-on leader who is both strategic and execution-oriented
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
  • Based in London with a willingness to travel across Europe
