Head of Solar (Rewables Installation)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression to Director + Company Benefits

Are you a Senior Electrician from a solar background that wants to work for one of Wales fastest growing businesses, with best in class training and progression?
\n
Do you want to work a industry leading business that has a clear progression path, best in class training suite and an exciting pipeline of domestic and commercial projects?

This business has won several large projects which has secured the next 5 years of work allowing them to enter into a growth phase. The projects range from large scale industrial solar installations to government backed eco installations.

In this role you will manage a team of 4 electricians predominantly from the offices in Plasmarl, with occasional site visits. You will be in charge of managing a variety of subcontractors, site visits and tool box chats to make sure projects are completed in a timely manner.
\n
This role would suit somebody that is from an electrical background and has experience in solar installation, design and battery storage systems that's want to grow with a rapidly expanding business.

THE ROLE:
\n
\n Manage a team of three electricians
\n
80% Office based 20% Site visits
\n
Site visits to meet with contractors and asses the project progress
\n
Design reviews on EasyPV and OpenSolar
\n
Work with senior management to discuss project pipelines
\n
\n
THE PERSON:
\n
\n 18th Edition
\n
Knowledge of Solar PV or OpenSolar
\n
Experience with solar installs and battery storage BPEC and BESS
\n
\n
