As Head of Sociology, you will:

Lead and develop Sociology across KS4 and KS5, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning Design and deliver a rigorous, engaging curriculum that promotes critical thinking and academic excellence Drive strong outcomes through effective assessment, intervention, and enrichment Support and develop colleagues through coaching, collaboration, and shared best practice Contribute to departmental and whole‑school improvement as a valued middle leader Promote inclusive practice and a deep understanding of social issues among students We are looking for someone who:
