What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading QA & QC functions across a busy manufacturing site
• Driving improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Managing frequent customer and regulatory audits
• Embedding a stronger, more structured quality culture
• Partnering closely with Production to balance quality and output
• Supporting the site as it moves toward more complex, higher-value products

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in GMP, ISO quality environments
• Experience leading quality within a manufacturing site
• Proven ability to improve systems and raise standards
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A hands-on leader who can influence, challenge, and collaborate
