Head of Services Brighton & Hove (with occasional travel) £50,000 £60,000 Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours We have an opportunity for an experienced and inspirational senior leader to provide exceptional support and guidance to ourServiceManagers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and ability to develop through regular performance reviews where expectations can be set. Youll create a psychologically safe culture that supports learning, reflection and accountability and will identify individuals training needs to support their development. You will manage direct reports across several of our services, including: Recovery Team Family Team Partners in Change, based at BHCC Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) Looking Forward Creche and Early Years and Young Oasis
