Here’s what you can expect to be working on as Head of Security at Street Group
Taking full ownership over our organisational security. Working closely in partnership with IT and Engineering teams to ensure we have a strong security posture and culture across the company. Providing clear, data-driven answers to the leadership team regarding our current security status and areas for improvement. Designing and implementing pragmatic security policies that protect the business while allowing our teams to remain fast and flexible. Managing the documentation and communication of our security standards to clients, including completing security assessments and compliance. Acting as Data Protection Officer for the group. Proactively identifying and mitigating new threat vectors emerging from AI technologies.
A Bit About You
You have a proven track record in a security role, ideally within a high-growth, start-up or scale-up and you understand the unique pressures of a company moving through investment rounds. You have personally led a company through the audit and maintenance processes for either ISO27001 or SOC2. You are comfortable working across both application security and infrastructure, with a deep understanding of data protection laws and policies.
