Lead and develop a clear SEND‑focused vision across all schools. Manage and develop senior leadership teams, promoting continuous professional growth. Engage effectively with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies to support SEND provision. Manage resources efficiently, ensuring safe and well‑maintained school environments.
