They are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to steer and drive commercial strategy within their Nuclear division, delivering growth, opportunity and innovation and ensuring reputational excellence. What you can offer
Proven ability to devise and optimise sales strategies within highly regulated, safety‑critical sectors such as nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace or renewables. Track record of building and sustaining high‑value customer relationships, securing long‑term partnerships with OEM and Tier 1 industrial clients. Strong technical aptitude with understanding of bespoke fasteners or precision‑engineered components with safety‑critical applications. Experience leading and developing established and multi‑layered sales teams, optimising performance, capability and accountability. An ability to mentor and upskill sales executives, facilitating a culture of high‑performance and continuous improvement. Comfortable navigating demanding, fast‑paced commercial environments with shifting priorities and complex customer requirements. Strong operational awareness, including production planning, lead‑time management and the realities of precision manufacturing. Confident operating at senior leadership level, contributing to wider business strategy and cross‑functional decision‑making.
