We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales, Operations & Marketing to lead and grow our international business across B2B, B2C, retail, and e-commerce channels. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for luxury fine jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Commercial Management
Develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and manage a high-performing team.
Collaborate with the accountant to maintain budgets and ensure sustainable profitability.
Oversee international pricing strategy (wholesale, RRP, geo-pricing).
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, logistics, and finance to drive operational excellence and brand consistency.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Manage and expand international wholesale accounts across EMEA, APAC, and AMER.
Forecast sales, set seasonal targets, and negotiate wholesale terms.
Create invoices.
Present and sell seasonal collections in key markets including Paris.
Oversee wholesale inventory and fulfilment.
Identify new business opportunities and conduct post-sales performance analysis.
Marketing, PR & Brand
Lead global marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage PR, press relationships, events, and brand activations.
Oversee creation of marketing assets including lookbooks, line sheets, and digital campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
E-commerce, Retail & Operations
Oversee Shopify operations and online performance (traffic, conversion, AOV).
Manage retail store performance, sales targets, and activations.
Supervise logistics, shipping, import/export, and operational processes.
Streamline sales and operational systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
Events & Brand Activation
Lead international trunk shows, trade shows, pop-ups, and training.
Ensure all activations drive measurable commercial results.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury sales and marketing with international exposure.
Proven success across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
Strong commercial acumen with pricing strategy experience.
Analytical, highly organised, and results-driven.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics).
Willingness to travel internationally.
