JOB SUMMARY: The Head of Sales is a key member of our Dynamic Sales Team. Were looking for someone who is hands on and will lead and grow all sales across our holiday and residential park portfolio. This is a senior role for someone who can set standards, coach a team, tighten the sales process end-to-end, and scale performance as the business growswhile keeping the customer experience first-class, building long-term relationships with prospective and existing owners. The Head of Sales is responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining the parks premium brand and guest experience. Delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial inquiry through to final sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Working collaboratively with marketing, park operations, and administration/booking teams, you will enhance lead management, appointment setting, park viewings, part-exchange processes, and overall conversion rates. You will also play a critical role in maintaining the brands premium positioning while consistently achieving sales targets. The role is 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 Monday to Sunday & regular travel will be required between parks. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and own the sales strategy and delivery across holiday home, lodge and residential home sales. Lead, motivate, coach, manage and support a sales team, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training. Diligently seeking opportunities to motivate sales team to identify prospective customers through cold calling, networking and other appropriate sales techniques. Improve conversion across the full funnel, including; Speed-to-lead and enquiry handling, Appointment setting and viewing/show-home experience. Discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing.Aftercare, referrals, and upgrade/resale pipeline Leading regular meetings to align sales advisors with current goals and strategies. Setting targets, KPIs and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) and keep the team accountable. Make regular reports to senior management about department milestones and progress. Strengthen processes around part-exchange, pricing discipline, and deal structure. Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure. Deliver an exceptional customer journey ensuring a seamless and enjoyable sales experience. To follow internal policies and procedures such as the Purchase Policy to ensure that they are controlling departmental costs and expenditure in line with department budgets. Recoup any monies owed from 3rd party such as owners, contractors etc as and when required. Work with Marketing to identifying new market opportunities and continually generate leads. Improving lead quality and create a tight feedback loop on what converts. To ensure presentation and dressing of the sales stock and showground is maintained to the required standard. Responds to client sales enquiries promptly and proactively anticipates their needs to assist with sales process. To ensure compliance with all aspects of Company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, SAFE and all other internal systems and processes. To ensure all FCA compliance attributes and training is upheld and completed as and when required. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or reasonable management requests when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience leading a sales function in a high-value, consultative sales environment (property, automotive, leisure, homes, parks, or similar) Track record of improving conversion rates and building repeatable processes Strong Commercial experience, understanding margin, pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management Excellent computer skills with a good knowledge of Word and Excel. Proven experience of using financial tools to evaluate and improve performance within the sales team Experience of team management coaching, performance management, people management skills, as well as the management of information Full UK driving licence (travel between parks as required) Advantageous, but not essential; Knowledge of HubSpot & Elite Dynamics. Experience with part-exchange style sales.

Sales and negotiation skills essential. Able to use own initiative and have the confidence to problem solve or identify the correct channel to pursue.
