In this role, you will lead a globally distributed team of Sales Engineers supporting strategic global accounts, ensuring strong technical engagement across complex, multi-regional environments. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to support major enterprise opportunities and help customers successfully evaluate, adopt, and expand our solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a globally distributed team of Sales Engineers supporting the company’s largest multinational enterprise accountsDefine and execute the technical engagement strategy for strategic global customers across multiple regionsEstablish best practices for technical discovery, solution design, architecture alignment, and executive technical engagementDevelop scalable processes to support global technical coverage for strategic accountsProvide direct technical leadership on complex, high-value enterprise sales opportunitiesAct as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers and internal account teamsEngage with senior technology leaders including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise architecture teamsDrive architectural alignment between customer technology strategies and the company’s solutionsGuide Sales Engineers through complex technical sales cycles including discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, security reviews, and competitive positioningEnsure consistent and effective technical win strategies across global accountsPartner closely with Global Account Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner ecosystem teamsProvide customer-driven insights to Product teams regarding enterprise requirements and roadmap prioritiesRecruit, develop, and retain high-performing Sales Engineering talent globallyCoach team members on executive technical engagement, enterprise technical storytelling, and strategic account planningBuild career development paths and leadership opportunities within the Sales Engineering organizationEncourage team participation in industry conferences, technical publications, customer advisory boards, and executive briefingsEstablish the Sales Engineering team as trusted technical thought leaders for the company’s most strategic customersQualifications15+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales5+ years of leadership experience managing technical sales teamsProven success supporting large multinational enterprise customersExperience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zonesStrong background in enterprise architecture and complex technical sales cyclesDemonstrated ability to influence executive-level technology decision makersPreferred ExperienceExperience selling complex enterprise technologies such as cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure platforms, AI platforms, or data platformsExperience supporting Global 2000 or Fortune 500 accountsStrong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and multi-regional deploymentsExperience working with partner ecosystems and systems integratorsWhat makes a strong fitStrategic thinker with strong operational disciplineConfident executive presence and communication skillsAbility to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesExperience leading across cultures and geographiesData-driven approach to leadership and decision makingPassion for building and scaling high-performance technical teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
