Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and collaborative Head of Sales, EMEA to lead and manage our Sales and Sales Development teams across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for delivering on sales targets, executing against the commercial strategy, and driving growth through effective team leadership and operational excellence.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring regional sales execution is aligned with Novata's global go-to-market approach and values-driven culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the EMEA Sales and SDR teams to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Execute on the go-to-market strategy and adapt it as necessary for the EMEA market context
- Monitor pipeline development, conversion rates, and sales productivity to ensure delivery of commercial objectives
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Advisory, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support customer growth and retention
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Sales and SDR teams, building a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable culture
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the CRO and executive leadership team
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp top sales and development talent across the region
- Maintain a strong understanding of the ESG, SaaS, and private markets landscape to ensure Novata's proposition resonates with regional audiences
About You
- Proven experience in a senior B2B sales leadership role, ideally within SaaS, ESG, or data/analytics industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and consistently deliver against commercial targets
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Strong coaching and team development capability, with a passion for developing talent
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven and process-oriented, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Aligned with Novata's mission and values
Important Notes
- This role is based in London, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office).

Compensation: £120,000 plus variable compensation (depending on experience)
