Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and collaborative Head of Sales, EMEA to lead and manage our Sales and Sales Development teams across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for delivering on sales targets, executing against the commercial strategy, and driving growth through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring regional sales execution is aligned with Novata's global go-to-market approach and values-driven culture.

Compensation: £120,000 plus variable compensation (depending on experience)
