Are you an Enterprise Risk (2LoD) expert with strong technical and Stakeholder management skills?Do you have a background within Investment / Asset Management, and are excited to take up a UK senior Leadership role where you will make a genuine impact?Our client, a global Investment firm, are currently expanding their UK Risk team within Manchester, and hiring a 'Head of Risk' to join a dynamic and growing team.Offering up to £140,000 plus exceptional bonus's, 10% non-contributory pension, wider benefits, and 2 days working from home.Ideally you will be or have:At least 6 years of significant 2nd Line Risk (Retail Channels) experience within an Investment, Asset, or similar Financial Services environment.Sound knowledge, judgement, and experience of designing / enhancing robust risk (UK) frameworks and policies.A good awareness of regulatory developments, with an ability to 'look forward' and advise the business on risk matters.Experience of implementing and taking ownership of UK risk process's, driving a positive and proactive culture towards risk.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, being able to business partner with other Heads of department, board level executives, and colleagues within the team.Key focus areas of the role are:To implement, design, and improve UK Channels Risk polices, ensuring they are fit for purpose and pragmatic.Directly managing a small team of 2 and being an instrumental part of the business / wider Risk division, to drive a strong risk culture.Liaising with senior stakeholders and business partnering across the whole firm, communicating regulatory changes, and ensuring smooth risk operations.Providing strong regulatory analysis, review controls, and oversight processes to challenge the business where needed and ensure that the firm is well prepared for regulatory audits.If this sounds like the right next step for you, or someone you could kindly recommend from your personal network, please don't hesitate to apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
