Due to recent and pending new acquisitions/expansion they are strengthening the team looking for a Head of Restaurant Operations to report into the Director of Restaurants. Ideally based in the Sheffield/Doncaster areas you will oversee a number of regions and regional managers. A field-based role you will take responsibility for new projects and developments and will be focussed on the performance of the regions and people.
