Following the acquisition of two complex care providers, the business is entering a significant growth phase across community-based adult, paediatric, and mental health and learning disability services. This role is designed for an exceptional recruitment leader who can move at pace, think commercially, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

The opportunity As Head of Recruitment Complex Care , you will design and deliver a national recruitment strategy with board-level visibility and direct influence on business growth. You will be trusted to hire outstanding recruiters, attract the strongest talent from the sector, and position the organisation as an employer of choice within complex care.
