MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading retailer on the search for a Head of Estates. This is a perm role based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic and operational management of a diverse national property portfolio. Lead on property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews. Manage capital investment programmes, refurbishments, and maintenance planning across retail and residential properties. Ensure full compliance with all relevant property legislation, health and safety, and sustainability requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, local authorities, and internal stakeholders. Lead a small in-house team and manage third-party consultants and contractors.
