The Opportunity

Civitas Recruitment are delighted to support a great UK Islamic Charity with their search for a Head of Quality & Impact. This pivotal role will ensure the Charity’s grant-making and support programmes are implemented effectively, continuously improved through rigorous evaluation, and underpinned by quality assurance and demonstrable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement evaluation frameworks across all programmes • Lead internal and commission external evaluations • Oversee programme audits, ensuring alignment with SOPs and Sharia compliance • Manage a Quality Assurance Officer and support programme teams with monitoring tools • Produce actionable reports and contribute to the Charity’s annual impact reporting • Act as a supportive partner to teams, promoting a culture of learning and reflection
