We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead the delivery and governance of a complex portfolio of large-scale, multi-partner programmes. This is a senior role with responsibility for project operations, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, delivery, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Manage budgets, resources, and governance across funded programmes.
- Act as senior point of contact for partners, funders, and stakeholders.
- Oversee operational activity including finance, IT, facilities, and reporting.
- Recruit, manage, and develop project and administrative staff.
- Support strategic planning, new project development, and continuous improvement.
About You
- Proven experience in senior project or programme management.
- Strong budget management and governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident managing complex, multi-partner environments.
- Background in research, innovation, technology, or engineering environments is desirable.
