We are looking for a lawyer to lead our Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) team within the Employment, Pensions and Immigration (EPI) National Service Line (NSL). The role involves driving digital transformation and ensuring the PSL team delivers high‑quality legal support to our clients. Qualified solicitor. Senior‑level PSL with relevant expertise in employment and (ideally) immigration law and proven experience of leading a PSL team, or a senior lawyer with the same expertise and equivalent experience. Comfortable with digital tools and automation. Clear communicator with excellent written English and a flair for engaging content. Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.

Lead and inspire a talented team of PSLs, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive innovation in legal content creation—blogs, newsletters, press releases and digital campaigns. Deliver engaging training to clients and colleagues, helping them stay ahead of legal developments. Champion technology, managing automated precedent documents and exploring new tools to enhance efficiency. Keep the team sharp by ensuring they stay current with legislation, best practices and market trends. Support onboarding, ensuring new joiners receive top‑tier induction. Collaborate across teams, working with partners, innovation specialists and knowledge experts to elevate our national reputation.
