Our client is a highly respected provider of rail vehicle maintenance, overhaul and refurbishment services, supporting major train operating companies and rolling stock owners nationwide.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, cultural development and continuous improvement across a large-scale engineering site.
The Role As Head of Production, you will take full responsibility for leading and optimising all production operations. You will oversee complex maintenance and refurbishment activities, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost and schedule targets while building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
