About the Role The Head of Product will take full ownership of the Product roadmap, uniting strategy, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to evolve the platform and deepen impact.

Role Highlights Reporting to the MD and Chairman of the PE Lead and shape a Product function from the ground up Drive end-to-end product development across a modular tech stack Translate user needs into strategic platform evolution Collaborate with outsourced engineering teams to ship scalable features Embed product thinking across leadership, commercial, and delivery teams
