A highly successful and growing organisation is seeking to appoint a Head of Procurement & Sustainability to lead a critical function at the heart of its operations.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving supplier performance, and embedding sustainability initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing commercial outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organisations long-term environmental objectives.
The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:
Lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations
Drive cost optimisation, quality improvement, and delivery performance
Develop and implement a forward-thinking sustainability strategy aligned to net-zero goals
Oversee risk management across the supply chain and procurement activities
Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team
Provide oversight of facilities and property-related matters
Deliver continuous improvement through digital tools, analytics, and innovation
Engage senior stakeholders through business cases and strategic insight
