The Role
Oxfam is looking for a Head of Philanthropic Partnerships to lead a team of partnership managers to secure, develop and deliver on core philanthropic partnerships (trusts and foundations, major donors) that contribute income, influence and impact to Oxfam GB’s strategic priorities.

Relationship building experience
Influencing skills
Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and/or workplaces.
Proven track record of securing philanthropic/foundation income partnerships at a five and six (and preferably seven) figure level.
Confident communication and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire supporters, colleagues and peers.
Ability to achieve results, comfortable making decisions consistent with strategy and values in the face of complexity and lack of clarity.
Brokering, partnering and facilitation skills to enable co‑creation and greater collaboration.
Knowledge and understanding of the sector and trends in philanthropy and approaches to transformational change in international development programmes.
Ability to budget and monitor income and expenditure.
Lived experience(s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti‑racism and inequalities.
