We’re on a mission to accelerate the nature-positive transition by integrating nature intelligence into business decision-making. We're now looking for a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our tech team and help scale the software that will change how the world approaches nature risk.
You’ll lead the technology strategy, build a world-class engineering team, and deliver a product our customers love.
Own the technology strategy and delivery of secure, performant, scalable software.
Build and lead a high-performing team across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data.
Ensure engineering excellence , balancing quality, speed, and impact.
Drive innovation across our product, internal tools, and scientific data workflows.
Stay hands-on —you’re just as comfortable coding and reviewing as you are with strategy.
A proven track record as a senior engineering leader in high-growth B2B SaaS.
Experience building and shipping complex products, including those with data science and AI components.
Technical depth across Python, Typescript, GraphQL, AWS, and Terraform.
A track record of enabling strong engineering culture and delivery practices.
Experience with geospatial data, sustainability, risk or compliance domains.
