Title: Head of Payroll

Location: Derby

Salary: £50,000

Working Structure: Hybrid (office based for probationary period)

This is a rare opportunity for a strategically focused Senior Payroll Manager to join this growing organisation through a period of transition.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead on the Payroll Strategy across multiple sites.
• Manage a team of 3.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience leading on Payroll strategy for organisations with high volume payrolls.
• Exposure to a changing payroll function, through implementations or project work.
• Strong team management experience.
