Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Passive Fire Protection to lead and oversee all aspects of passive fire protection works across a well-established and highly respected business. This is a key leadership role with significant scope for growth, working predominantly with housing associations and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of all passive fire protection contracts from inception to completion
  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards, including BM TRADA FIRAS accreditation
  • Lead, manage, and develop operational teams across multiple sites
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, particularly within housing associations and local authorities
  • Drive quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
  • Monitor performance, budgets, and project timelines
  • Support business growth and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior role within passive fire protection
  • Strong working knowledge of BM TRADA FIRAS standards and compliance
  • Experience managing large-scale contracts and teams
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly, all expenses paid for.
  • A hands-on, hard-working approach with a strong work ethic
