This company is looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to take ownership of an end-to-end order management function within a well-established,manufacturing organisation. This is a senior role reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering both strategic influence and hands-on operational responsibility across multiple product lines, including capital equipment, spare parts, tooling and services. You will have a handful of direct reports, so personable skills will be key. You will lead and develop a capable team spanning order processing and logistics, ensuring performance, accountability and continuous improvement are embedded across all activities.
