This is a site-based role with a reputable family owned business based on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border.This is more than a leadership role. It’s an opportunity to influence strategy, inspire teams, and build a best-in-class operational environment in a business committed to continuous improvement.The OpportunityAs Head of Operations, you will take ownership of the entire operational lifecycle—from initial estimation through to final delivery on-site.
