Role Overview Hetherley is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Head of Operations to oversee the performance of our managed hotel portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with deep operational expertise, strong financial control skills and a desire to work more closely within hotel ownership and investment. You will: Support hotel GMs in delivering on budgets, business plans, and guest satisfaction Drive commercial and operational performance across the portfolio Oversee financial controls and reporting at each property Help grow Hetherley’s hotel management platform by securing new third-party contracts This role is ideal for a senior operator looking to take a step toward the investment and ownership side of hospitality.
