We are currently working with a specialist Cleaning & Facilities Management provider, to recruit a Head of Operations role to oversee the operational delivery and supply chain divisions. The role would be hybrid/field based, with occasional trips to the Manchester office The Head of Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of all field-based services across the UK. This role leads:
Field operations (Regional Operations Managers & technicians) Supply chain strategy, performance and governance Operational capability, standards and resource model
Working alongside the Head of Customer Operations, the role ensures that jobs are delivered right first time, on time, and at the right cost. Candidate requirements
Minimum of 5 years' operational leadership and supply chain experience in an operational service/FM/cleaning sector Previous cleaning, specifically specialist cleaning experience is desirable Strong track record in managing geographically diverse service delivery Understands and is agreeable to work different hours/shifts to include nights/weekends where required Proven leader and example setter Experience in reactive natured businesses Supply chain relationship management
