About the role

As a member of the Senior Management Team you will lead on the delivery of high quality advice and information across a wide geographical area with diverse delivery channels. The successful candidate will be an experienced Operational Manager, with skills and expertise in people management and business development (ideally with local authority setting).

The role will require good analytical skills and a desire to increase efficiency across all areas of responsibility. Networking and the ability to spot and negotiate new opportunities within a local authority setting is desirable.

Experience of working within a Citizens Advice setting would also be advantageous but not essential.

Car user is essential for this post.

Hours: 37 between Monday and Friday.

Office based role in Chorley with travel throughout Lancashire to attend meetings and local offices as required. We currently have offices in Chorley, South Ribble (Leyland), Skelmersdale and Fleetwood and our service traverses 5 local authorities in Lancashire.
