Urgentlyneed ina new pivotal role, a Head of Operational Resilience to develop the area from scratch and ensurethe resilience of its operations across the enterprise.

Thisseniorrole will encompass oversight across the organisation & involve

• Ensuring it is equipped toanticipate, withstand, recover from, and adapt to operational disruptions and emerging risks.

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine the operational resilience strategy, aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
• Oversee the resilience of operations and assets across the organisation, ensuring a consistent approach and robustimplementation of operational resilienceframeworks.

To be considered, you will possess demonstrable commercial experience of:

• Significant operationalresilience and / or operational risk,preferably withinthefinancial services industries.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCA).
