As the Head of Operational Processing , (internally known as Head of Electronic Script Processing (ESP)) you'll take ownership of one of the highest-stakes operational environments in UK education. This is the engine room behind GCSE and A-Level delivery - a complex, time-critical operation that processes millions of exam scripts each year.
You'll lead the strategy, people, systems and performance across our core processing functions: Electronic Script Processing, Segmentation and Exam Entries. The Purpose of this role is to ensure every process is delivered accurately, safely and on time, while continuously improving how we plan, operate and innovate. As a regulated operation, compliance and Ofqual adherence to quality is of paramount importance.
