A leading AJ100 architecture practice is looking for a Head of New Business and Marketing to take on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketing and business development manager to step into a leadership role within a collaborative practice that has been experiencing significant growth in recent years. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the marketing and new business strategy, while leading a small in-house marketing team and working closely with colleagues across the business. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals Shape and deliver the marketing and business development strategy Identify and develop new client opportunities Support partners and senior leaders with client engagement and growth initiatives Oversee marketing activity including PR, campaigns, thought leadership, events and digital Ensure effective use of CRM and marketing processes Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities Track performance and report on marketing and business development activity
About you
A senior marketing / business development manager within architecture or the wider built environment sector Proven experience delivering strategic marketing and proactive business development Experience leading marketing teams Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and partners
