You will focus on audience growth and brand awareness, events, and lead generation, and as a Head of Department you will be part of the senior leadership team contributing to the shaping of the international brands, and their long term objectives. Your role will be hands on not just delegating, and will see you collaborate and inspire at all levels in the business - from the CEO down to all members of your team, sharing your experiences and acting with gravitas to take people across the company on your journey with you.As Head of Marketing, your exciting new role involves:Growing and enhancing the reach, awareness and engagement of each international brandDeveloping and implementing data driven strategies focusing on audience growth, lead generation, events and brand awarenessConducting market research to gain a deeper understanding of audiencesUtilising reporting and data metrics to measure effectiveness of campaigns and activitiesDeveloping testing and trialling of new initiativesSupporting and facilitating new product development and launchSetting the strategic direction for the performance teamI am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working at a senior level as a Head of Marketing, Performance Marketing; or Marketing Director within a B2B commercial environment that includes a background within B2B media / publishing / events.
