About Us
Founded in 1997, GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, Brand and Digital Engagement, you will develop bold, purpose driven and sophisticated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that enhance GamCare's reputation, drive service awareness, and shape national conversations around gambling harm.
You will drive a brand refresh and lead a full review of GamCare’s brand architecture, ensuring consistency, relevance and impact across all platforms and materials, and optimise GamCare’s digital platforms (e.g. website, apps, online tools) to enhance user journeys, accessibility and service uptake.
