Job Description

We have a new opportunity searching for a Head of Lighting.

You’ll lead our most ambitious lighting projects, combining creative vision with strong technical expertise to elevate every client brief.

With at least six years’ experience in creative, client‑facing lighting design, you’ll guide projects from concept to delivery while mentoring the team and maintaining high technical standards.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, create impactful designs, and ensure projects are delivered with both creative excellence and commercial awareness.

Your leadership, communication skills and ability to develop talent will make you a key force within our organisation.

Your Typical Workday

• Maintain excellent client communications in person and remotely to build relationships and confidence.
• Receive and analyse client briefs with a willingness to ask lots of questions.
• Respond to client briefs with considered questions, suggestions and professional wisdom.
• Work with team members to develop responses to briefs, leveraging and growing their technical excellence while sharing your own.
