Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!****In this role you will:***** Lead and support contract negotiations with strategic partners on complex commercial and technology matters.* Lead and support contract negotiations with vendors.* Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on a variety of technology and commercial agreements, including terms governing our advertising technology solutions, platform vendor and data agreements, online terms of service, and other technology agreements.* Work closely with internal clients across the business to provide legal support, proactively identify issues, and share potential concerns and solutions to support the commercialization of our products and services.* Provide legal support for the company’s privacy, data, and security initiatives as they relate to technology and commercial agreements.* Help to improve contracting processes and management, including working with other legal team members and outside counsel to localize agreement forms for the EMEA markets* Review, draft and negotiate vendor agreements for the EMEA markets* Assist with other legal responsibilities for the EMEA markets, including employment, real estate, marketing and regulatory matters* Handle ad-hoc legal projects as requested by senior members of the legal team****We’re looking for someone with:***** Minimum 5–8 years of practice in a top law firm and/or in-house legal department with relevant transactional experience.* Prior technology experience is a plus.
