Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to establish and lead the sales training function across the emagine group (offices located in Europe and Middle East). This strategic role will focus on designing and rolling out a solution-oriented sales philosophy across multiple sales teams specialising in staffing, managed teams, , managed services, advisory, and training, via a near and off-shoring, delivery model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with individual country managers, managing stakeholders and developing tailored sales training content that aligns with the organization’s culture and vision.

This role will lead the setup of the L&D function, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver a L&D framework and project phases for training implementation. The Head of L&D will also hire and manage L&D specialists to ensure consistent delivery and cultural alignment at the local level.
